Online Psychology and Supervision services for the deep thinkers.

Take Up Space.

I offer online services for emerging adults navigating the in between spaces. Maybe you're adjusting to a new role, wrestling with perfectionism, feeling stuck, or trying to understand who you are and who you want to become. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore.

This is a space for the strivers, the deep thinkers, the ones wobbling stone to stone. If you're navigating the pressures of work, relationships, identity, and self-discovery, therapy can help you reconnect with your values, voice, and direction.

Therapy with me is always about where you are at, wobbles and all.

Hi, I’m Cadie.

I’m a clinical psychologist, board approved supervisor, and the human behind Stone by Stone Psychology. I created this online space to support people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and lost.

I've worked across non-for-profit, private and public government services, and private organisations, and something I kept seeing - over and over - was how hard it is to find your footing in early adulthood. Whether it’s adjusting to the workplace, figuring out who you are outside of school, university or home, navigating dating and relationships, exploring gender, sexuality, or trying to manage the weight of perfectionism or burnout, it can all feel so uncertain.

I have watched (and been one of) so many people feeling unsure or worse, guilty, about accessing psychology because of assumptions about needing to be “unwell” (‘Don’t people have it so much worse than me?”) or feeling like their therapist would judge them (‘Surely I can’t say that in therapy?!‘). Being a highly sensitive person myself, I know what it’s like to exist inside systems that have you scratching your head, (‘Am I the only one feeling this way?!‘).

The unrelenting pressures in early adulthood that come from friends, family, and wider systems in society, all contribute to so much “noise,” that get in the way of really listening to ourselves.

I am a cisgender queer woman living on Nipaluna / Lutruwita country, Tasmania. I am originally from Boorloo country, Perth, Western Australia. I enjoy travelling, yoga, pilates, and being in nature. I love boardgame nights, cooking, and a good sunset. Most of all, I love interacting with fellow humans who are learning to take up space as their authentic selves.
