  • Emerging adulthood typically refers to the age range of approximately 18 to 40 years old. This developmental phase is generally characterised by identity exploration, changes in relationships, jobs, and living situations, developing independence and self-awareness, and all the ‘in between’ child to adult milestones. However, if you feel this service might be the right fit for you, I encourage you to get in touch to discuss your unique circumstances.

  • Changes to session times need to be made with 48 hours’ notice to avoid missing the session slot and receiving a cancellation fee. A cancellation without 48 hours’ notice will incur the cost of the full session. For clients utilising a Mental Health Care Plan, a Medicare rebate is not available on any missed sessions.

  • Yes. To claim rebates through the Medicare Better Access Scheme, you need to obtain a referral from your General Practitioner or psychiatrist. They will prepare a Mental Health Care Plan which you should send to me before your first appointment. Please click here for more information.

    Unfortunately, at this time Stone by Stone Psychology does not accept Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Health Cards.

  • Yes, psychologists are legally bound by confidentiality which means that what you discuss cannot be shared with anyone without your consent. To learn more about policies specific to my practice, please see my privacy policy and social media policy.

  • Because my practice is fully online, I can work with you no matter where you're located in Australia as long as you have a private space and a stable internet connection. Have a look at my Telehealth Policy for more information.

  • My current available day is Friday.
